18 teams under.500
9 teams 6-5

85% of the league is :scust:
To be fair, the Steelers are only 6-5 because of injuries but are really much better than that. I'm sure the same could be said about other teams too I just don't follow them as closely

Records wise yes..... But I've watched some pretty good games this season...
Including Pats and Broncos last week

Its really the AFC South and NFC East making shyt look bad. But I like seeing teams like Vikings and Panthers balling.

Its definitely gonna make the last couple weeks interesting especially those wild card slots. It's wide open

Honestly though, the QB play is horrendous. It's making a lot of games unwatchable.

Meanwhile, the NBA has been entertaining as fukk so far this year. :ohlawd:

In the next 5 years... it may go back to great D's and strong running games.

Broncos, Vikings, Panthers...

Just saying. Kinda the sign of the times. Then you look at the success rate of qb's coming out of the draft and actually becoming a true franchise qb over the last 5 years...not too many. MAYBE 2 a year.

Not saying there hasnt been great D's and nice running games since 2000... but the NFL as a whole is going to end up going back to the way it used to be.

Because lord knows I do not want it getting any worse.

Goddamn brehs all of our teams suck. :mjcry:

Only the cheaters and irrelevant franchises like the Panthers and Bengals are doing well.

The rest of the league is mediocre or injury riddled. I'm starting to wonder if this league peaked in the 90s/00s. They got to increase this cap signficantly, loosen up the practice restrictions, and replace Dean Blandino asap or else this product is going to keep deteriorating.
your thread reeks of estrogen :huhhuh:

It's never getting back to great defenses because it's impossible with the rules to be a dominant defense. And the rules make it to easy to pass so the majority of the league going heavy run will never happen either

So the league is not for the hardcore fans anymore it's arena league football catered to fantasy football and casual fans who think 48-45 games are automatically great football

This is what roger wants...

He knows fans will shell out the money cause they believe their team can make the playoffs....

Even tho Jacksonville suck, their fans will show up cause they only 2 games out and they believe they might win the division

Roger is always on his Burns shyt when it comes to making money...

I was discussing this with some friends. It seems like QB play is down across the league. It felt like a few years ago that every other QB was breaking a record. Now I think only Brady, Palmers and cam are doing well, And evens Cams numbers arent that great

Once Brady, Brees, Roethlesburger and Hasselbeck retire...

sheesh.

:lolbron:

:scust:

We'll have Cam, Luck, (hopefully) OZ, Carr, Wilson, Tyrod.

I dunno. We have to wait another 3-5 years to see who really steps up as a leader of the new school. edit* superbowl wise.

exactly dumb ass

but it is supposed to be a team sport

no individual can make a sudden impact in football like one can in basketball
which makes the team sport of football more compelling
Nah.

Football is :camby::flabbynsick: this year

The fact that you even had to bring up other sports into this discussion speaks to your obsession and insecurity

My Dolphins suck :mjcry: but that's expected. This year has been week tho I can't lie. It's like everybody is mediocre. The Patriots really aren't that good :yeshrug: it's just everyone else is terrible. Football doesn't look fun for these guys anymore :francis:. But we'll see when the ratings come out. Even tho the NFL is probably going to make up numbers like they always do
