Lean on me shyts on everything Will has done in films. Stop it fam.

If you’re counting John wick as a Laurence film, Morgan gets the dark knight :manny:
Realistically the dark knight trilogy are the only Morgan films i can see myself wanting to rewatch in the future. Lean on me is a one and done film whether is shyts on will smith or not, its not getting the same amount of rewatches as Independence day.

Denzel is Denzel. The first halves of Eddie and Will careers save them (2nd halves have been trash)

That leaves Sam Jack, Fishburne and Freeman........I'ma go with Freeman since his iconic roles are in movies I don't really care about

Yeah, I think the only crucial viewing from him is Shawshank Redemption, Seven, Dark Knight Trilogy.

Morgan might be the GOAT supporting actor, he doesn't have too many starring vehicles.

EDIT: Forgot about Lean on Me. Still Morgan.
I think this question is also based on someone age. I’d say 40 & younger are all booting Morgan

Enemy of the State trumps none of the others’ best film.

Training Day? Shawshank? Se7en? Pulp Fiction?

Man, stop. :russ:
But it does trump Men in Black when you stay on topic:
Will.

What movie of his are you putting up against the other ones? Men in Black?
Men in Black is a trilogy, I got two more:

MiB ain't even his best performance, you were being disingenuous from the get.

Freeman can get.

I mean, yeah. :mjlol:

No one thinks MIB is Will’s best movie and secondly this is all subjectively taking shots at 6 bonafide legends.

I think someone else (I saw wesley snipes mentioned for instance) should’ve been included over freeman…he’s a great actor but most of his notable roles are as a supporting actor so it makes it a little bit easier to eliminate his filmography imo…the other actors were leads in several great movies…hmm actually lemme take a look at fishburne’s filmography…I think him or freeman can get the boot…everyone else is untouchable imo

Morgan easily, none of yall are watching shawshank or driving miss daisy more than once.

Independence day and men in black i've seen several times and will probably watch again.
Training day, Malcolm X same for denzel.
Sam is in starwars and marvel, i'm still looking forward to upcoming projects from him like secret wars
Same with larry fish, i'm watching the next john wick
Eddie got some all time classics you are definitely dusting off every now and then. trading places, coming to america, nutty professor etc

Nothing in Morgan's resume is really essential or ongoing. Not looking forward to his next Bruce almighty sequal. Loved him in Glory and Lean on me, but i don't see myself rewatching those anytime soon

You're watching Nutty Professor over Seven in 2023:wtf:
Lean on me shyts on everything Will has done in films. Stop it fam.
Bad Boys, Independence Day, I Am Legend are all better than Lean On Me :francis:

The weakest links are Eddie and Morgan.

@Blankthawtz you should've made a poll
Something is really wrong with mfs picking Eddie's corny comedy movies over legit films, Norbit over Shawshank Redemption :mjlol:

if the Matrix doesn't exists, then bullet time doesn't exist and all the movies and fight scenes on TV that came after it.
That's not fair, bullet time in the matrix series doesn't exist without John Woo.

Factor in their entire body of work, Will stays. Y'all seen more Fresh Prince reruns than any repeats of the others' movies. C'mon.
Fishburne the only one who could might be next, but he got too much range from Apocalypse Now, Boyz n the Hood, Higher Learning, The Matrix, Pee-Wee's Playhouse. Eddie got Delirious, Raw, Coming to America and Beverly Hills Cop, Dr. Doolittle remakes. Sam's work with Spike Lee and Tarantino makes him an automatic stay. Denzel is Denzel.

Tell me the last time you got skins from a Netflix & Chill off a Morgan Freeman picture. I'll wait.

Will has the weakest resume in this lineup, so him

Eddie Murphy would almost be in Will's category here because both sort of broke into acting after being famous for other things besides movies, first.

But Eddie has absolutely killed it. He has plenty of duds, but his hits are epic.

Will was in some good movies but he always plays some version of Fresh Prince, with a few exceptions. Eddie plays an entire family in one scene.

And as we see, after his hot streak, almost everything Will has done is meh at best.

While Eddie still delivers.

So. Voted Will.

:what:

did you not understand the question? especially regarding "all his work".

if the Matrix doesn't exists, then bullet time doesn't exist and all the movies and fight scenes on TV that were inspired by it.

Actually Blade did bullet time and the black leather suits before Matrix.

Crazy how much credit matrix gets for inventing things that blade did literally a year prior to its release.

Seven is definitely never getting a rewatch from me. I already know whats in the box. Movies built entirely around plot twists and mystery are almost exclusive one off watches. like rewatching the sixth sense even though i already know bruce willis is a ghost the whole time. nothing enjoyable about second watches with those films.
Certainly would rewatch nutty professor over Seven in 2023 and beyond.
