BP3 sold more than MBDTF
MCHG sold more than Yeezus without any Ye production

^so how could anyone with a brain say that Hov needs Ye more than the other way around?

Now that I think about it, it was probably Hov that kept Ye alive after the Taylor Swift incident when he was catching major backlash by standing beside dude through the whole ordeal. Dude probably would have been blackballed if not for Jay.

Even though you're ALSO wrong about Rocafella, what does that have to do with Jay z as a solo artist and the topic of this thread?

You're first statement was about you and your weed-head friend discussing that Kanye "saved" Jay's career. So how can Kanye "save" someone's career if Jay was still making hits and selling platinum records?

I wouldn't necessarily kept it alive but he's done way more for him than vice versa. You can never say Kanye clings to people (his first ever single was top 15) but Jay is the King of collabs/joint albums.

my nikka lets not act like jay doesn't rely on production

if he never worked with just, timbo, ski, neptunes, ye, and swizz he wouldnt be shyt

great ear for beats and he doesn't fukk up when he gets a big time beat but his flow is :scusthov: :scusthov: and the non major tracks on his albums are ass
