Facts....my moms used to help care for this old white dude...he left his house to his granddaughter after he passed. The granddaughter got the mom's house too. So she had two properties paid off + her house and you know cacs be on them insurance policies hard too. 35 years old with probably $700k to $800k in equity already. Maybe more. most people came from families where they were told early on that an education is the end all be all. and that you're not doing sh1t in life unless you have a degree. what they dont tell you is what to go to school for, and how you should focus only on professions that are profitable.

what ends up happening is people like this girl, who truly believe in their hearts that all that student loan debt will be paid off because once they get that degree, life is basically cruising status after that.

smarten up folks. and restrain urselves from this type of mockery.

But there are too many examples for people to keep falling for that bullshyt. Everyone has a little debt since good credit scores make it necessary, but when you're that much in debt you're basically fukked for life.

Folks gotta learn how to do research on grants and scholarships.My old church back in Jersey paid a % of my tuition my first year in college as long as my GPA and grades were good.There are ways to avoid loans.You also have to good counseling because most of these schools don't care if you go into debt.College is a scam
