the universe is expanding (fact), for there to be expansion there had to have been a previously lesser volumetric state (fact), the expansion is somewhat measurable thus we have the 14 billion year estimate

At the end of the day, faith is all you can have and all that you will ever have. This is coming from a person that despises organized religion. Nobody on the fukking Coli is gonna change anyone's mind and make them a believer or a non believer. Believe what the fukk you want. Just don't ignore science and fact. If you can finagle it into a way that fits the image of your religion, more power to you. I envy that faith no joke. I was born and raised southern baptist. I've tried going back to church as recently as this month, but I'm much too cynical for that shyt.
I hate when people try to act like the church is nothing but evil and bullshyt tho. If we wanted to count down and make a t chart about what the church has done for my community compared to non religious nikkas, non religious nikkas would be embarrassed. Let people have their faith. My belief is that God is a different being to humans and doesn't have our deficiencies. We're talking about an all powerful/knowledgeable being here.

its hard to put in words. i think there's a force out there that keeps everything together. scientists call it the unifying theory, but that takes away the metaphysical aspect of it. there's gotta be a force (in the sense that gravity is a force) on a level we haven't even begun to understand that controls everything. you could call it God, for lack of a better term, but isn't a conscious entity, it just is.
but at that level its just faith anyway so who am i to call it
