technically i quit, but he told me not to come back, lasted 2 days on the job

basically my pops knew this chilean contractor, and he agreed to give me a job helping him and his other worker.

so at first he seemed cool, later though i learned he was a republican . . . so even though i was on some . . . as long as he keeps his political bullshyt away from me, i dont care

at lunch, we're all eating he asked "want more sprite, i say yeah" . . . so he hits me with "nobody was talking to you"

so im like ok, thats how you want to joke huh . . ok

on the ride home everyone talking and jokin. . . so i dont remember how it went, but he was gonna complete a sentence when i cut him off and said "because of your HIV right?"

homie got red in the face and started to play it off while the other worker was laughing his ass off

next day, i can tell he still salty from last night, idc though, im just here to get paid

then around mid day, im busy installing floor boards, when he comes in and starts asking why there are screws lying around everywhere

i didnt touch any screws so i dont answer

he comes over and accuses me of being careless, i tell him did you see me, and we start going back and forth

finally it dies down . . . then he says pick up the screws . . . . . . . . . . im like

so i kick the box of screws into his chest and say go fukk yourself bytch . . . and start leaving , while he tells me to leave . . . . . so i quit and got fired at the same time

I quit my job at symantec. Had to stay for 2 more weeks after that as per the contract.....
3 days in to the 2 extra weeks they fired me......for not doing my job . I was like what were yall expecting, i quit guys Yall wanted me to stay the 2 weeks extra AND work!?



Had another job with wells fargo. They announced cutbacks effective next quarter(basically like 3 months away). Said my whole team wont be needed after that. I quit THAT DAY. THAT MORNING. Had the whole office shook. Went to vegas that weekend.

I got laid off in 2013 due to "budget cuts" going around the city county building. The people up there didn't even put up a fight for me and the next five weekswere the longest, most depressing days of my life. Filling out 5-10 job applications a day, and not hearing anything. TheColi was actually one of the few places in that time span that kept me smiling. And in 2016, the guy who laid me off, ran for the head of the office, and LOST.I hope that karma burned for awhile.

Got fired three times .

First was back in 2003 when I was working as a front end cashier at Sam's club. A few months prior, three women from the cigarette cage got fired for stealing cigs and cash from the register till. Since I was cool with them, some people there thought I was part of it. So they would test me on shyt to see my reaction to prove I was involved with what they did as well I was profiled and harassed for two months until I finally snapped. I was ringing up a customer and some cave bytch from the cash office tried to threaten my job accusing me of stealing money from the register . A customer earlier had a total of $180 but they paid part of it by check and the rest by cash. The hoe from the cash office tried to accuse me of stealing the difference in cash ($100 check, $80 cash) Me, being tired of the hostile treatment for no reason, later tried to explain what I did but she didn't buy it. So I told that bytch in the office to fukk off . My homie got promoted to the manager of my department and had to make a statement cause his job was already in hot water . So he fired me so he can keep his job for me cussing that bytch out. Even though they found the money all along days later and I got the chance to get my job back three months later. The cash office misplaced the cash themselves I declined the offer for getting my job back and just partied that summer

#2 was when I was a computer salesman at Frys Electronics in 2009. There was a glitch in the system there where you could finance the service warranty along with a computer for 0% interest for 12 months when it was supposed to be just for the cpu to be financed for months. All my managers knew it and they told everyone in my department to do so to increase sales. Well, when the new year came along, they fixed the glitch . So when I tried to close a sale by doing that method I was instructed to do, it didnt work. A manager in another department found out but of course, all of my managers played dumb and threw me under the bus. They denied my unemployment benefits but I won an appeal in court

#3 was when I was working at Macys in 2015. I was trying to return some shoes that were killing my feet unknowingly using the wrong shoebox. Cole Haan boxes look identical. My co worker who did the return, didn't check the shoes in the box and a manager on duty didn't want to come downstairs to find when I paid for the shoes on her iPad. I got store credit more than the value of the shoes and my co worker said it was fine because it was just store credit. The credit was mailed to me. Two weeks later, I get taken to LP's office where I realized that I used the wrong box If an issue goes to L.P., No one from Macys can vouch for you and the other managers along with my co workers were that I got fired. I got the store credit a day after I was canned in the mail and I gave it to them I fought their decision to fire me for two months in effort to get my job back before landing something else. Even though I'm in a much better job situation now, it still stings how that situation went down.

Part time for 7.25 an hour back when I was 19. (2002)

I use to unload the containers and load the truck I was assigned the fastest. Instead of letting me relax or do something light. The supervisor would ask me to help load some elses truck or container. I didn't like that shyt. I guess I didn't know how to properly express myself about that. So I would just frequently call in sick on days I know the load would be heavy. Got supended came back worked a full shift then they terminated me.

In any blue collar job position, being the fastest or most efficient worker ALWAYS lead to more work. There's never any reward.

I bet the other "slower" truck loaders were like "look at this nikka"
