Yes I have

I was once fukking awful at all that shyt

Oddly enough what works for me

is to never write down anything if I’m giving a speech or never think about or practice anything for an interview

Off the dome I’m 100 times more witty , clever and funny

I try to say some memorized shyt i freeze the fukk up

I used to hate it. A lot. I fukked up so many interviews and speeches cuz I tried to prepare like everyone else

I did it once and l never looked back

the older I got I realized it’s a gift

I always sound genuine and come off real cuz well, I dont plan anything so everything that comes out of my mouth sounds genuine and people can feel that

haven’t failed an interview or fumbled a speech since I went biggie style and ditched the pen

People would rather here you say “ let me think about it for a second” than some bullshyt answer

You should’ve said you had a bad signal and to have them restate the question until you formed an answer. I’ve asked someone to rephrase a question to get them talking while I form the answer to the original question in my head then talk circles until I arrive a the main point they wanted to hear. I interview pretty well though

And when ppl dont understand what im saying I make it sound like they aren't playing attention:francis: i usually get away with it. It took until my 20s to realize im an A class, off the dome, bullshytter. Its only when i prep do i fukk up.

It’s better to bullshyt on a tangent than to freeze with no response
I never froze like that but I have said “I don’t know” plenty of times to technical questions and still got jobs
I don’t think that works for behavioral questions tho, it’s better to ramble if you got nothing since you should be able to answer every behavioral question in theory
That's the way to do it. I've frozen up before The problem with me is if i think I may know an answer it's hard for me to give up on it. So I'll just sit there forever trying trying to think of the answer then the anxiety hits me and I start sweating and shyt. You've got to know when to just give up on the answer and move on. It happens op.

Then I've had another interview where all the interviewers were quirky. One dude was stuttering and this other chick was getting flustered ,sweating ,stumbling through sentences and just overall nervous I actually liked those people because of it but the other job had a better offer

What's worst is these recruiters that set you up on interviews you have no business on. When I was fresh out of school and didn't know better I had a few of these that were phone interviews. I'm answering I don't know or just guessing on every single question. Horrible feeling :snoop:

When I first started but that was an employee.

As an employer now who does the final interview of the process I have seen many people freeze up. Hell even some people freeze and just leave the interview after the freeze because they believe they blew it!

But happens to everyone though so don't treat it like something major Canadian PM froze up just a few days ago.
