Tell me about a time you learned from a group work project that stressed you out ? what was the problem ? what was the solution and what was the end result ?? ,,,

LOL. I answered a question like that and was good. It all worked out in the end for you though, no?

Naw but I was sweating pretty bad one time and they gave me a tissue to wipe my forehead off. I had a piece of tissue stuck to my forehead and the lady interviewer politely let me know while giggling. I was so damn embarrassed I apologized, but they slipped up and said "don't worry you got the job". In the beginning they told me it would take at least a week to hear back from them, but I guess they already made up their mind lol

I give few interviews every now and then, mostly technical so you know the other dude is nervous as fukk

The thing I'm looking for mostly is someone who can juelz their way through a question without rambling......I hate rambling

Last dude I interviewed I hit him with a doozy.....he said, "thats a good question and I want to give you an answer, not just any answer but the RIGHT answer. Can I gather my thoughts for a bit and we come back to that one?"

I was like :obama: I didn't even bother coming back to the question

nah I interview pretty well and am quick on my feet so never got tripped up on a question. At least you didn't cry :shaq2:
was conducting interviews and twice 2 candidates cried during the interview smh. Talk abt awkward.
A good way to approach interviews is to interview them to see if they are a good prospect for you. You don't wanna work just anywhere, esp if the culture is trash so you should be interviewing and studying them just as much.

Always I don’t know how to go off the dome i’m a written type dude

See I'm the opposite that's why I said I treat it like a random conversation and its helped me 10x. Of course I learn about the job and all that but I dont prepare staying up all night thinking about them. I just sit down and just freestyle the whole thing and juelz questions or tell them straight up I dont know but I'm a quick learner and I'm willing to put the work in to learn faster. I have a good batting average at landing jobs too since I've done this and I'm never nervous even around 5 people interviewing, I figure if it works out, it works out, if it dont, it wasnt meant to be. Oh and crack lil jokes about the environment or the interviewer to break the tension
