I'll give your ideas some thought but I am an empiricist by nature and by trade and find the idea of relying on positive thinking and faith to shape a society's policies a little odd.
You can do what you want to motivate yourself but at some point, we have to incorporate data and analysis when making policies that affect large groups of people.

The university I went to was having tons of problem with minority graduation rates. They instituted a program where black people came in a week early and had programs to help people adjust to a predominantly white environment, ontime graduation rates for black kids skyrocketed. there's plenty of room for small improvements like that.

its a good policy. That said telling people that they fail because statistics say that most also fail has different effects depending on the individual

one with a weak spirit will take it as fact

In this era of hyper-polarization in politics, no. Conservatives see anything and everything even properly critiquing dysfunctional behaviors of white supremacy or in conservative government as an invasion. That "every man for himself because no one will save you" mentality is what will turn any modern society into a Mad Max doomsday scenario.

Just like posters in TLR on that "people die everyday and if your loved one dies, get over it and get back to work" because they see a paycheck more important than life itself. Some people are Lucifer's soldiers in life, and no one can convince them to do different than the negative consequences of their behaviors
