Yes for construction 10pm-6am
It sucks ur whole time schedule gets messed up and you spend all day thinking about having to work that night. I did it for 4 months. I wont do it for
More that 1 month agian
that's pretty much why I started sleeping in the afternoon, wake up and go to work, then chill during the day. Makes it hard to really have any social life. Wouldn't do it again if I could avoid it.
yep mexican temp agency
4pm to 4am
when u work shifts like dat you have no life...your life is a shower and bed
how did yall feel healthwise? did it depend on the job? or are the cons mostly about having no life?
Working 4pm-4am, now that sounds depressing. However working 12pm-7am or something along those lines would not be so bad. I could always pick and drop my daughter off at school, I could be there to do her homework with her...the only time I wouldnt be around is when she is sleep. I'm older though so my priorities are different. I would ruin the social life a younger person who likes hanging out at night unless they were off on the weekends.
how did you sleep during the day? and does that give you more energy compared to sleeping at night and waking up in the morning? or less energy?
