How does that explain the perennial futility from those franchises especially considering the other teams that function at a higher level play under the same set of rules? A Bills season ticket holder shouldn't have to hear "less teams make the playoffs" as an excuse every year.

My viewership basically hinges on bron's relevancy. He's basically the last remnants of a time when the league was healthy and the games were competitive.
