You want a woman that has similar interests and work schedule. I stayed with chicks that stripped, man-o-man!
No personal issues but was not a fan of how they moved.

i actually think opposite sex roommates work better when you get toward your late 20's and up. two grown ass women can't live with each other - women seem to be a lot more rigid in how things run in a household which leads to butting heads. i think dudes can live together fine for longer, but i find that men and women complement each other more as roommates as long as they have similar standard for the basics - cleanliness, what time company needs to leave or the house needs to be quiet during the week, etc.

god i hate junky spaces/people. i keep everything in drawers, the medicine cabinet or linen closet. only thing on my counter is soap, lotion, and a candle
In general, its a horrible idea. Alotta womn are messy asf and have poor hygeine. Look at female bathrooms.

Women that ain't married or have kids are messy and unhygienic as hell. I used to stay with a dude and this chick and she was messy as hell cloths and trash everywhere. Fast forward a couple years later I ended up running into the dude and I guess he wifed her up. I was at there apartment one day just saying hi and the shyt was a complete 180 she was cooking and cleaning house was clean as fukk im like where was this shyt when y'all was living with me.
