Having a female roommate?

This topic has been brought up numerous times on the board and I always chime in with the same answers...

1. She's going to bring dudes over to smash...if they are anything like me they'll go to the bathroom and wipe their dikk on the first loose piece of cloth so bye bye hand towels...
2. Eventually she'll smash a random dude or two...one of them is bound to be shiesty and case the place you might end up with missing shyt or burglarized later...
3. I ain't trying to hear a female roomate gettin her back blown out at random points of the night..
4. she gets into with a man as far as fighting he's banging on your door drunk acting up ....nah im good

There's more but those are key deterrents

Once she got her own "spot", it was totally different mindset. (And I say it was her spot because thats how she was thinking after dude married her. Whats his is hers and whats hers is hers.)

but from my experience girls are the worst, and landlords always involved in disputes not like guys where you talk it out.
