man look after katrina i have no faith in the govt to help the citizens of america... we've seen people on opioids, homeless cities and people literally dying on the streets...and now everytime I turn around ukraine getting billions in tax dollars... is it so far fetched... ?

Congress is passing that, not Sleepy Joe. As breh above said, the president can't make decisions on funds. Only congress can.

You and me are gonna have to lobby our MAGA brothers and sisters in congress and let them know it's okay to send the money down to Hawaii.
