What's wrong with a nice clean retirement by a dude who was able to go out very close to the top of his game? He's got nothing to prove to anyone, and probably doesn't need the money.

That kind of retirement is very rare in this business. Almost nonexistent. It should be appreciated when it happens. Too many wrestlers stick around too long, or make awful comebacks, and tarnish their legacies permanently.

He's never said anything to suggest he's ever coming back, but people (even Vince, apparently) just won't drop it.
