Just was a bad show. No audience made it so dry, it's not something people will tune into every week.

He actually had an audience for the past month or two.

I just think talk shows in general are an outdated concept.

Plus since they kept it so short a lot of stuff was cut.

Many times the cut stuff they put on youtube was better than what made the show.

He is still under contract with them for a few more years so let's see what else he cooks up.

Im a bit surprised given they made a big overall deal for him to come to HBO and you could argue it had a terrible spot.

Now, while I dont mind the show...the website is basura with terrible writers

If anything needed facelift on his deal its this

I guess if this flops he goes to FS1? But they gave him a big deal to have a site, produce docs and have a show

As a fan of his writing and podcasts, I'm glad this shyt is done. It was awful, no way around it.

He's still got the HBO deal, so create something but hire someone who can actually host it

And get back to writing, and making more podcasts than the same 2 every week. He used to get some really dope guests for his pod, he hasn't a single podcast outside of the 2 NFL-based ones he does since September. Think of all the guests he got on the show, he'd have done so much better doing long pods with them where he's off camera, much more comfortable, and can actually have discussions. Instead we get those awkward 5-10 minutes on the show which are all over the place.
