What happened to Chandra
Naz mother suspects he did it
His brother thinks he did too
they didn't wrap up his father story line
Droopy finally realized she was wrong but it was too late
As soon as the abused animal commercial came on i knew the cat was back

I know they didn't have alot of time but it could've ended better

Self-preservation is the true theme of the show, I guess. Of course, the damage to Naz and his family was already done...at least until that theoretical new trial happens where they pin the financial advisor, and everyone involved is redeemed.

This show could've been great...started off on some GOAT shyt but fizzled out with a bunch of unnessecary shyt that made u hate the characters

Like I wasn't even :blessed: when Nas got off...finale had me feeling like
giphy-facebook_s.jpg
...I was just watching the shyt waiting for it to be over lol

Chandra's character decline was :scust:...she was supposed to be this young smart ambitious lawyer but she was kissing her client and smuggling drugs :mindblown: The fucc???

Not crazy about how this show ended but still a good show. A lot of compelling moments. Most shows run into problems when they to cram in too many things instead of letting it flow naturally like the majority of it flowed. Just lost its vision towards the end I guess. Still a dope show regardless.

Surprised to see negative reviews. I loved the finale.

Nas and Stone are the main characters and their journey is what mattered most.

Nas is free but his mother thinks he might be guilty. His brother looked at him as if he didn't recognize him. His father is broke. There's a swastika outside. The community has turned on him and he's a full blown junkie. He threw Chandra under the bus so he lost the only thing he gained.

Stone finally got to earn his respect as a trial lawyer but it came at the cost of his health. Now he's right back to taking money from guilty people.

Chandras storyline was very necessary. I was under the impression Freddie saw the DVD of Nas smuggling his own drugs in and it brought reason for him to not let Nas go free...

Stone got that tape from the lazy detective with his research IMO not Freddie...

Without Chandra we would not only be missing out on a dime piece but also the doubt the show gave when he was leaving prison.

Stones health came from having the cat free in his house IMO...it wasn't the stress necessarily...at least that's how I viewed it when I saw the cat walking free...

Some people in this thread still think the murder was unresolved

:dwillhuh:

Did you watch the episode?:dwillhuh:

Anyways.......I liked the finale despite the unbearable moments when Droopy Dog opened her mouth and Chandra's ridiculous drug smuggling

But the show ends up being pointless unless it is about Naz' descent while surviving Rikers. And if thats what it is about, they werent thorough enough

But hey, we got resolution with GOATcat:blessed:

He survived:blessed:

7/10 overall. Good show, but did not work as a miniseries
