Second half of the season it was a very different show. It was still entertaining but far from the elite level we saw in the first 4 weeks.
I didn''t mind them not showing who actually did it, they pretty much implied it and I kinda had the feeling we weren't gonna get an actual flashback with the murderer stabbing Andrea so I was like
Needlessly long episode though, like we could've saved a whole bunch of cat and eczema scenes and not wait until the finally for Box to actually do his job and "solve" the case. The symbolism of the pet and rash for Stone was a good subplot but the last 3 weeks it was like the show runner was beating us in the head with it. Same with Naz downfall at Rickers, the Chandra thing was so fukking unnecesary, like there was actually no fukking point for that storyline, and it lead to nowhere (they could've explained Stone having to do the closing argument without a contrived and unrealistic scenario like the one we ended up getting).
7/10 of what was looking to be a 9-10/10 miniseries after the first half.
EDIT: The moose head in Andrea's house has to be the weirdest red herring ever

they did close ups of that thing every single time there was a scene in that place and it didn't mean anything in the end
