Help me buy a laptop brehs...

but none of them will have the durability/reliability of a Macbook Pro breh. In 5 years, I have bought 3 laptops ranging from 500-800 breh. I still need a new one right now

@Mr Hate Coffee get the Mac Pro breh. Trust me. You will have a laptop for at least a decade, depends on when u wanna upgrade.

Not true. For the same or less money the ultrabooks are just as reliable. It's a oxymoron to compare a $500 to $800 laptop to a $1300 (at its cheapest) Mac book pro and compare how reliable it is. My Zenbook is built just as well as a Mac.

Problem with that is you then want a Macbook Pro with Retina display as the Standard Macbook displays aren't even 1080p and then the cost jumps quite a bit.

Refurb doesn't equal brand new breh.

If it's anything like Apple's Iphone refurb all they do is switch out the faulty part.

I do think Macs are a great alternative don't get me wrong but there are plenty of options in the Windows space usually at a cheaper price point.

Also building my first PC as we speak. I don't own a Macbook but my bro does and I respect the throne which is why I m building my machine similar to a iMac, then Hackintosh it brehbreh

Some advice for you, think about what you will use your PC for and tailor it accordingly. When I built my PC I wasted a bunch of money buying stuff I didn't need.

I didn't need a I7 a I5 would have done the job perfectly fine, I didn't need 16GB of ram I didn't need 2 monitors etc.

The battery life gains are what makes it.

We are getting so close to all day battery life, Intels execution really is

whatever you get make sure it has a ssd drive. best way to add an hour to battery life and save yourself the hassle of overheating.

make sure it has at least 2 usb 3.0's

get an upgradeable latptop too. i got a 300 dollar lenovo with an i5 processor but my shyt runs for 2 days on one charge and is faster than all my friends laptops beacause of 100 bucks in upgrades.
