meant linear vs non linear. Opening up a game to be more open doesn't always make it better IMO. By the way whats with the sony on sony violenceit doesn't get any more comparable than uncharted vs tomb raider.![]()
Linearity was never an issue brehdudes stay dikk sucking sony exclusives to the point where they'll fight you, even when ND is trying to fix the linear issues. same shyt with infamous, scared to hold these nikkas accountable![]()
Linearity was never an issue breh
Think about this, how can ND be "fixing" something they wanted to design as linear?? Did you forget they made Jak and Daxter?? A Open world platformer BEFORE Uncharted??
They made TLOU?? A game that features bigger "open"linear scenes?
Did you forget about the docks section in UC3 which featured open arena like areas??
Linearity was their choice, not some struggle that they had to deal with.
Do you nikkas even play games?
Keyword, they "WANT" to open up some levels. They also said it will still have linear sections in the game. They didn't say "we couldn't make Uncharted 2/3 more open because of hardware constraints so thanks to the PS4's power we can do this finally.."per the original post: "- Focusing on navigational freedom for this entry"
clearly they realize its too linear and want to open it up a bit, which they should
This the year of UnchartedYear just started and already fatboi got Nates dikk up his assSony Defense Force

yep, and it beats following a narrow hallway path with no devastations off the track, by far.
really? i never put 30 hours into a game i didn't likeand i never called TR open world but we can all admit the stages are less linear than anything in the uncharted series

I dont know your definition of open world but tomb raider certainly did not fit MY definition of an open world game.
.
and i never called TR open world
Hell the game wasnt even close to being as open as last of us, and THAT game is linear too.
.
neggedi'd say they were about even w/the edge given to tomb raider. LoU had some pretty opened up levels though.
