If the Clippers win does it help Kawhis legacy or is it like Nets stars where he can only hurt his standing not help it ? :sas1:

It's huge for Kawhi's legacy. Especially if he beats the Nets.

Whoever beat the Nets immediately gets a major legacy boost. We'd have to start talking about him being the best 2 way player ever, top 15 all-time.

Lol Lakers will wash the nets; tbh I don’t think they will even make the finals

nets are exactly what the clippers were last year

a talented team that hasn’t really played together to build chemistry

:mjlol: nikka the nets bout to 40 these nikkas. The Lakers cannot beat the nets.

They are very good, one of the best 3 point shooting teams of all time with 2 elite wings and good defense. It will all come down to PG, for his sake I do hope he performs well so he can get rid of the narrative. He's been very good most of the season.
He definitely needs a good post season no doubt about it but we seem to have contingency plans and plan b's this year just in case an injury or slump happens. Last year under Doc, and not to really place all the blame on him, but it was no adjustments, keep everything the same, and just pray and hope that things magically work out. I don't see Ty Lue sitting back and hopes that things work out if problems arise. He won't sit back and watch a 6'7" guy continue to guard a Jokic when its clearly not working or Reggie or Lou Will struggling to contain a Murray. If PG is not hitting shots then he's got drive to the basket and get to the free throw line or let Rondo take the reigns and seek out the hot shooting hand. A motion offense, ball movement and less iso which killed them last year. etc. We'll see what happens though. Not going to put too much on it but if something isn't working or is running afoul all indicators point to changes/adjustments being made with Lue coaching. Outside of Game 7 and two "mental issue" games against Dallas PG was still putting up some numbers in the games but were wasted by the other non adjustments namely Trez guarding Jokic

Better 2 way player than Jordan or Bron or Kobe?

Hometown of Cherokee at Law
Jazz not having a second killer after Mitchell
Suns being green outside of CP3
Denver without Murray
Lakers looking vulnerable

If the Clippers can't at least rep the West now then they never will

Nah...

No one on the Nets legacy will be hurt if they win besides Durant, as it will contextualizethe circumstances needed for him to attain championship status. It doesn't mean he starts sinking down the boards but rather he just really won't move up much, stay in the same general area he already is at...

Harden the one who stands to truly benefit from a Nets title, he's gonna go flying up the boards...

Clippers situation is different. Only thing Kawhi can do from here in enhance his legacy, which he's gradually doing. If he goes on an equivalent or higher run than his Raptors run he's gonna shoot up; get ready for the "Kawhi Top 10 ever" threads again if Clips win...

To me it comes down to the Clips ability to withstand adversity. Let's say they fall behind in a series or lose two games in a row, or need some clutch scoring in money time in a tight game with the series on the line. They couldnt handle the adversity they faced with Denver last year...

I thought this was another thread where @thedevilyouknow fell on his sword.

The board's only real Kawhi Stan is definitely plotting on how he gonna spam the board if they win haha...

One thing for sure.. they better avoid that 4th or 5th seed cause they will face the Lakers in the first round ... better get up to 3 or 2 seed

I'm pretty sure the Clippers don't care and would welcome any smoke from the Lakers. Neither team fears the other.

UTA, PHO, and DEN would love that shyt tho
