Yeah, fast food really is terrible.

I'm trying to get on a more healthy tip this year. Less red meat. More chicken and fish. More vegetables. More homeade meals. No high fructose corn syrup. No excessive sugars...it's tough cause it requires money to eat healthier and buy better quality food products.
