You shouldnt taste the condiments more than the beef. And thats what precisely happens. You taste the cheese, pickles, and whatever else more than the beef.

I season my salmon with all types of seasoning.

I used to. Honestly, salt, pepper and I’m good. The cooking of it is key, needs to be crispy skin and well browned flesh.

Yep - marinade it in soya sauce, garlic and chillis, cook it in butter, add black pepper at the end. But salmon is very versatile, no need to add all this shyt to a burger.

Another reason why NYC is goat is because we have real burger spots like JG Melon, Red Hook Tavern , Paul's Da Burger Joint, PJ Clarke’s and au cheval diner. Places that specialize on burger quality creating a superior product compared to the chains such as 5 guys and Shake Shack.
