Good thread...this is one of the reasons I haven't eaten fast food since April of 2010...I haven't even looked back at any of that bullshyt...if you are a fast food chain of any kind, you will never see my money again :smughogan2:

Yeah, fast food really is terrible.
I'm trying to get on a more healthy tip this year. Less red meat. More chicken and fish. More vegetables. More homeade meals. No high fructose corn syrup. No excessive sugars...it's tough cause it requires money to eat healthier and buy better quality food products.
