The crazy thing is that the commercials here in Georgia are all about trashing Warnock. The Herschel ads don't show or even mention Herschel Walker. All they want is for you to hate Warnock so bad you don't even pay attention to his opponent being Herschel Walker.

Did I read it right that it's on October 14th? Why would they try and schedule debates on back to back nights? Walker has been ducking him for a while but that's a strange scheduling decision

Georgia Republican Herschel Walker has accepted an invitation in his U.S. Senate race to debate Democratic incumbent Raphael Warnock.

Walker has been proclaiming his readiness to debate Warnock for months, but his campaign in recent weeks has expressed concern over whether the formats and moderators would be fair to Walker.
It's obvious his handlers just want him in an environment where he can repeat his talking points over and over again without any real push back or request for clarification (hence the reason they are attempting to debate on the CW because who the hell do they have on staff that has experience moderating debates)
Edit: and as a slight cherry on top he gets to say that warnock is the one avoiding. This country sucks

Im sure this is driving an actual politician like Mitch crazy. GOP would win every race this cycle if they nominated ‘safe’ guys like Yumpkin in VA. But instead the base wants to run behind a bunch of lunatics.
Walker literally has multiple personalities and a record of domestic violence. And he can’t form a sentence. I know there’s at least one qualified Black conservative they could have run instead of him.

Every time Herschel Walker opens his mouth, he creates a hilarious sound bite like he is a late 1990s chatbot. His myriad of illegitimate children, known and unknown, and Harlem-banned legitimate son demonstrates the GOP in Georgia is in full-on hypocrisy mode. Seriously, the support of this man's candidacy by the National GOP shows explicitly their willingness to throw out the window all that they profess they were about just for a chance to hoodwink a win and gain control over the Senate. They have no integrity or honor among their political leadership and rank and file members.
