3. Anwar Al Awlaki was an American Citizen and so was his innocent 16 year old son. If there was any evidence to suggest he was an enemy combatant, they should have showed it in a court of law. He was killed on the whim of the executive branch which totally violates 3 amendments of the constitution.

Nobody even asked him to do much more than initiate a public option and infrastructure spending and both of those things he dropped the ball on. Eminent Domain can exactly where I want it to apply if I'm the president. If there are people who are unable to get water, I can use eminent domain to control the water supply and give it to the people. It's that simple.
