Speculating because they don't know where the economy is heading with him in office, he hasn't done enough for anyone to be sure of the future so they been just guessing.

Trump stopped the C.I.A from supporting rebels . He stopped dropping weapons into ISIS hands and saying it was a accident . He stopped fighting the Syrian army. He let Russia fight Isis . Something Obama was against because Russia was fukking Isis up and it was stopping Isis from fighting the Syrian army The whole idea was to STOP Isis

Once America backed away from Syria Isis was crushed .

Look what happened this week when they tried to start a border force in Syria . War broke out

The Russians were not fighting ISIS, they were securing their access to the Mediterranean in the Eastern Part of Syria. ISIS was strong in western Syria.
