I'm saying @Demetrius was referring to the legalization of weed in DC. Well here in the district, you can possess or grow it for personal consumption in private but not sell or grow for mass consumption or public use......
Q: What is legal under Initiative 71 and D.C.’s Marijuana laws?
A: It is legal for adults 21 years of age or older to:
- Possess 2 ounces or less of marijuana;
- Grow within their primary residence up to six marijuana plants, no more than three of which are mature;
- Transfer 1 ounce or less of marijuana to another person as long as: (1) no money, goods, or services are exchanged; and (2) the recipient is 21 years of age or older; and
- Consume marijuana on private property.
A: Even with the enactment of Initiative 71, it will remain a crime for anyone to:
- Possess more than 2 ounces of marijuana;
- Smoke or consume marijuana on public space or anywhere to which the public is invited;
- Sell any amount of marijuana to another person; or
- Operate a vehicle or boat under the influence of marijuana.

For any budding entrepreneurs it is a legal grey are that the police aren't really reacting to. There's this dude who calls himself "kush god" who sells edibles outside his car on u street, Adams Morgan, Chinatown and whatnot. His car is decaled in marijuana and it says kush God on there. Apparently the police haven't done anything about it. From reviews I've read about the edibles though is they don't contain any weed, most ppl said they didn't even get high

It's really skepticism based on past experience. Howard has been in existence for how long and we've never heard a case of someone being kicked out "for letting people in through an unauthorized emergency exit". Something I'm sure many have done in the school's history, yet this guy is the weird exception?
With all that's been happening on university campuses across the USA, I'm sure they made the right decision
