Black people who live in the south, statistically are the poorest in the U.S. regarding black Americans. This doesn't mean they aren't rich black people in the south but, as a whole they are not better than any other region. Here is the list of the wealthiest black communities in America, tell me what do you notice.

Its all relative. The cost of living is low as fukk in the South. Plus there is less than a income disparity between blacks and whites in the south in some cities.
Nope. Most of the majority black counties are better off than the areas where blacks are the minority. Majority of the educated blacks in America got their education in HBCU's. The most affluent blacks in the world came up from black culture (Bob Johnson with BET, that yellowbone broad from DC with TV-One, ect). Blacks usually struggle in all aspects when they live around other cultures. Blacks from liberal locations are finding this out the hard way, which is why everyone is fleeing to ATL and Texas now.

No it isn't. There are many affluent majority black counties in maryland that I didn't name. I have personal experience in most of the places I listed.
