It's all about what you like. If you like warm weather, thick women, hbcu's, southern food, car dependent, more land. Then you like the south. If you like all 4 seasons, more variety in food(italian, jamaican, southern, etc), public transporation, more dense neighborhoods, you hit the north.

We have communities all over the state and theres a large middle class population in between here and DC. In fact PG County is the wealthiest predominantly black county in the nation. Black folks also have a large political influence here
I don't think Maryland is considered a Northeast state. It's still considered a southern state if I'm correct.

Outside of Philly and Pittsburgh you'd think you're in Alabama if it weren't for the cold weather in PA

Its hard to say that theres any middle class black areas in the city itself cuz it really just depends on the block. In my neighborhood theres about 5 straight blocks where theres nothing but homeowners and its safe and quiet. Than the next 5 blocks might be all renters or abandoned houses and theres all kinds of shyt that goes down.
The suburbs have a bunch of middle class black areas especially NW of the city like Randallstown, Owings Mills, and Reisterstown.

that's always a debate. GRowing up on the east coast, i always believe the south starts from Virginia on town. But Virginia is a big state. So how would you separate northern va from say the Hampton roads area.
