It was a first date. They weren’t official after the first date. She didn’t owe him loyalty, nor did he owe her loyalty. He could have hit another woman after the first date too, and she would have no right to be mad either. You don’t have to stop seeing other people until you’re exclusive. And if you have a FWB, be prepared for them to bush you once they get into a relationship.

Have you ever had a woman who was cool, and you’re attracted to, but she’s not relationship material? The same applies here. Just because she was letting him hit, doesn’t mean they were dating, or either of them wanted a relationship. The most likely scenario is he didn’t want anything serious, so she kept letting him hit while she kept dating to find her husband.
