It's subjective, I don't see how Wale has better music. Live.Love. A$AP is comfortably better than anything Wale's ever done, Long.Live A$AP is better than The Gifted as well. Rocky has two projects one of which is critically acclaimed, and his debut almost is on the cusp of being certified Gold and was well received. I don't see how his album was carried by features, F*cking Problems and 1-Train were the big posse cuts and he had one of the best verses on there.

The idea that Cole being introverted is why he isn't as big as Kendrick is false. Kendrick isn't out there everyday either and isn't that charismatic, but people vibe with him. Cole's problem is that his albums always lack the second single like how Kendrick had Poetic Justice with Drake. Otherwise, I see no reason why one guy is platinum and the other isn't. The thing about Cole is that he has the Jay-Z thing about him in that he doesn't do too many features so that he's not oversaturated. I'm pretty sure he got that from Jay, but there's no reason Cole shouldn't be on some of these records.

thats because kendrick's album got the universal acclaim and was talked about as a mdoern day classic... even to this day it is still in the discussion for being the best or 2nd best album of the last 4 years.

Cole would have sold more if more people were praising his albums but it didn't happen. if you're popular and make a great project then people will buy it. if you fail, it's over and ya should be happy with the gold plaque
