How can we really blame a man for being deadbeat when women make the final decision on sex?

A woman who can't her raise kids is helped by the state, a man who can't raise his kids is put in prison.

I agree with this statement. Something really has to be done about ppl who repeatedly have children they can not afford , man or woman shyts ridiculous.
