I'm only going to compare Asians and Hispanics here.
Most Asian cultures, at least East Asian and South Asian, place a strong emphasis on being educated as possible, and this goes back thousands of years. Chinese education is fukking crazy, they don't play over there. Even NYC has cram schools where Asian kids spend a lot of time preparing for tests.
While most Hispanics cultures never really developed that type of devotion to education. A lot of Hispanics in the US don't even finish high school, although that has been improving. I find that South Americans place the most emphasis on education, and not surprisingly they are the most prosperous Hispanics in the US (Andean Hispanics are just as likely as whites to get college degrees in NYC if I'm not mistaken).
Also, Mexico and Central America are attached to the US by land, meaning that the lowest of the low economically can get in. With anywhere in Asia, you need to afford a plane ticket and get a visa.

None of this stuff you’re speaking matters if White people will take up arms and burn down your neighborhoods if you become too successful. They have done it time and time to African-Americans. None of that stuff you said matters if Whites pass laws that mandate you do a minimum of 4-5 years and then have police force patrolling your neighborhoods to make sure they catch you in the act. None of what you said matters when White people redline your neighborhood and tell you that you cannot get a loan to buy a house or build a business in their neighborhood or yours. Asians are not more education oriented, they are just being allowed to succeed and African Americans are not.
