And plus most D-1 schools are big public schools with thousands of students. Like Penn State is in the middle of nowhere with like 10 thousand other students and a serious party culture. HBCUs have like 3,000 students and generally have no party life at them...

This is so true. Everything is low budget. My high school wasmore financially committed to winning than my college.
