I was just giving a realistic example breh not trying clown but ppl be doin most anytime somebody tells me that they live in ATL I always ask em which county n the name of the street they stay on. Ppl that aren't from Chicago but live in the burbs always tell ppl who aren't from Chicago that they from Chicago it happens I just hate when grown mfs still cappin for Kool pointsI got family that lives by six flags. Let them live bruh.
But my cousin did leave ATL and move to Nashville.
He is being sarcastic/facetiousWhy do some people say it’s cheap and others say cost of living is sky high? Imma assume the newcomers from Chicago, LA, NYC think it’s cheap and imma assume it’s probably sky high to other southerners.
I’ve had people from Kentucky tell me ATL is too pricey for them.

Houston is cheap but give it two more years
3 max if the influx of people keep moving here
Austin is little San Francisco now
It’s still “relatively” cheap for housing per square foot
But it’s not what it used to be in the 90s/00s
Dallas is seeing the same influx and price raising
The more concentrated these cities
Prices will inevitably increase
Rent in Houston used to be decent
But now they taxin everywhere
Charging $750-$800 for an apartment off Beechnut/Spice Lane![]()
