I mean, women will meticulously apply their makeup every morning, do their nails and eyebrows, change their hairstyle every two weeks or so, and do all types of other shyt that takes a huge amount of time and discipline. So what exactly is so hard about applying that same mentality to quitting eating sugar and getting on a treadmill and actually running instead of walking and texting for 30 minutes? Seriously, losing some weight when you're fat will have a much greater positive effect on your looks than doing all of that faux-beauty shyt, and it takes a lot less time and dedication. Ladies, please explain.
