Not Allen Iverson
Whole thread of half naked pics of @Another Man ….

he was doing 3 a days, not 2.I agree plus he after 2014 was a multi millionaire actor he’s not sitting in a cubical 40-50hrs a week. Can workout twice a day, have ppl cook for him and afford trainers and supplements…All that with good to great genetic and 2+ years non stop it’s achievable
You gotta do it to know though, which most people never do. Most of it is envy tho. same reason you got nikkas out here with ED at 25.THIS!!! Dudes see anyone slightly in shape and get to assuming he's juicing. A strict diet and workout regime will have you looking completely different in 3-6 months.
I don’t know his life he could of worked out 12x a day…I was just making the point successful actors have time and resources that most people don’t allowing them time and specialized help, food, people supplements…he was doing 3 a days, not 2.
and i think we gotta accept how fat america is. it’s nikkas who work out at my park all day that are shredded natty.
let these nikkas tell it anybody with abs, traps and big biceps is on cycle![]()
i don’t disagree, im simply saying even with the way he looks he doesn’t look unnatural at all.I don’t know his life he could of worked out 12x a day…I was just making the point successful actors have time and resources that most people don’t allowing them time and specialized help, food, people supplements…
Easy…I'm gonna need some of y'all to spill the beans on how to gain 25 pounds of muscle naturally over the course of a year
When i was self employed all I did pretty much was work and gym and I gained muscle and weight from strength training non-stop. I was doing 2hrs in the gym every other day. I haven't gone consistently in years but still carry most of the physique from diet. If I would've stuck with it I probably could've trapped a WNBA player. It's his job to stay in shape
If you treat it like that you'll be jacked as fukk in a year, provided you're starting from a decent point
If you're like 100 lbs overweight, you got work to do
MBJ did 22 pounds of muscle in 18 months for the role. once again that’s not extreme. a year and a half of great sleep, diet, and world class workouts, sounds about right.Easy…
2 cycles of bulking, 2 cycles of cutting
Eat a lot, sleep a lot, workout a lot. And I mean a lot. 2-3 a days I assumed.
I don’t think he put on exactly 25, but it depends on how and where he started.
He is also talking full body. Your back and legs have the biggest muscle masses/groups in your body and also where most of your muscle weight will originally come from when you start working out seriously.. if you are training properly.
So if he started off at 140, it is not hard to get to 165 in a year if you train hard, regularly, eat heavy (the cleaner the more you have to eat), train heavy…
This shyt is not complicated. MBJ didn’t have a fukking 9-5 and was eating subway 3 times a day.
Not extreme at all then.MBJ did 22 pounds of muscle in 18 months for the role. once again that’s not extreme. a year and a half of great sleep, diet, and world class workouts, sounds about right.

Hollywood and Steroids: When A-List Actors Go the A-Rod Route
Performance-enhancing drugs have become the key to bulging biceps and on-screen six-packs, as the pressure for stars to shape up fast leads actors (but not "Man of Steel's" Henry Cavill, who bulked up naturally) to opt for a "shortcut."www.hollywoodreporter.com
People underestimate how much you can accomplish in a year with consistent diet, weights and trainers.

Yes, some actors use them. MBJ did not.
if you think that’s a crazy PED build you are a fat fukk and not in the gym.
yall can’t be serious
