I agree plus he after 2014 was a multi millionaire actor he’s not sitting in a cubical 40-50hrs a week. Can workout twice a day, have ppl cook for him and afford trainers and supplements…All that with good to great genetic and 2+ years non stop it’s achievable

You gotta do it to know though, which most people never do. Most of it is envy tho. same reason you got nikkas out here with ED at 25.

Eat a lot, sleep a lot, workout a lot. And I mean a lot. 2-3 a days I assumed.

I don’t think he put on exactly 25, but it depends on how and where he started.


He is also talking full body. Your back and legs have the biggest muscle masses/groups in your body and also where most of your muscle weight will originally come from when you start working out seriously.. if you are training properly.

So if he started off at 140, it is not hard to get to 165 in a year if you train hard, train regularly (2-3 times a day probably), eat heavy (the cleaner the more you have to eat), train heavy…

Plus supplements

This shyt is not complicated. MBJ didn’t have a fukking 9-5 and wasn’t eating subway 3 times a day. He had professionals.. boxing professionals at that, they also know a lot about gaining/losing weight… being the main part of their job and all.

When i was self employed all I did pretty much was work and gym and I gained muscle and weight from strength training non-stop. I was doing 2hrs in the gym every other day. I haven't gone consistently in years but still carry most of the physique from diet. If I would've stuck with it I probably could've trapped a WNBA player.

Especially not hard when you first start working out. Thats where you make your most “gains”… in the beginning.


It’s plateaus that people struggle with. When they hit a wall whether it’s gaining weight, losing weight, getting stronger, etc.

It always happens.

People underestimate how much you can accomplish in a year with consistent diet, weights and trainers.

Not only that, but homie doesn’t work 9-5, which makes it easier to accomplish fitness goals.

You still gotta put in the work, whether you’re taking something or not.
