First off, if a nikka ain't at least 33 years old they shouldn't even be posting in this thread. With that said, PAC is probably the biggest phony of that era. That's what got his ass killed. Dude was method acting the whole time.
Yes I was of age around that time and I knew what the fukk happened unlike some of y'all nikkas in this thread. This is a topic strictly for us old heads :old:
I'm 35...Go back and listen to what Pac said. The fakeness was the main thing that got him started on everybody. Pac wasn't really phony though cause he never rapped about actually killing anybody doing legit dirt himself...That's what new rappers do.

That 2 much WEST COAST DIKK licking verse by JAY Z got Pac heated

And made him guilty by association

And it was a PRE EMPTIVE strike ..he knew JAY had some hoe azz ways and was gonna try to position himself as the new KING OF NYC when the dust settled

And Jay proved his theory right

Do you have any proof of this so called theory of Pac's?

As far as I could see it was just his affiliation with BIG, and the Dead Presidents video subs.

Also Jay's "hoe" tendencies are greatly exaggerated by bitter ass dudes that didn't show him 100% loyalty so they got cut off from being able to eat by association. Everyone that stayed loyal to Jay he still fukks with. Emory came home from jail and got put right on and is in the process of building his own little empire. Ty ty, Bleek, even the State Prop dudes that stayed loyal Jay still keeps in contact with and helps them eat on the low.

Man these guys were impactful. nikkas really in here debating 20 years later. True Impact. This is what makes that generation so classic. Not just the music, but because the culture was very much alive. You can feel how authentic it was simply because we're still here talking about this shyt 20'years after the fact.

Yea man, I mean just watching that Dead Presidents video reminded me of how real it all was then. Obviously the industry was still pulling strings, but these dudes were real street dudes who built themselves up, then built their own imprints/empires (Roc, Bad Boy, Murder Inc., Ruff Ryders, etc., they all signed to big labels but it was partnerships and that's how they made real money).

Nowadays there's a few dudes who may have really lived some street shyt and had their little hustles, but nothing like the movements in the 90s, and I'm not glorifying any of that shyt, just speaking on how these dudes today really are the new slaves where as it at least felt like back then those artists were their own bosses. It really felt like the new school, street version of the American dream, now for the most part artists just gota hope to build a buzz through social media or meet the right person and become an industry plant.

Jay Z has always been fake. Please don't believe none of his drug shyt. If anything he was a corner boy. Nothing big.

Nah, I can't agree with this.

Jay was a mule. Nobody is claiming he was a kingpin but you can't call him fake on that front. Nothing about them numbers woulda been fake if he had got caught moving that weight.

He embellishes what he did. A mule is just getting in a car and driving to a spot. Or if his fagot ass had titties he would be smuggling in if he was a from a different country. The dude is p*ssy straight up. He aint no gun totin killer. I believe the Nas line saying he got chased in his building.

Maybe maybe not I'm speaking on pac in general
And I'm just Talm bout the fact that pac dealt with his emotions like a female
That nikka always let his emotions get the best of him
I can only pin it on the fact that he had no father in his life but even that's a stretch
But yea pac was the 90's kanye
And while those types can make good music and provide fukkery they are generally the types that do the dikkhead homotional nikka sht and are only looked up to by fatherless nikkaz who crave someone to look up to
Wake up to read this utterly absurd post smh. Good thing I had breakfast

Dont see how people call Pac emotional when Jay calling into the radio years later with tears in his eyes, speaking careless whispers like George Michael into the phone

Or how they said Big was screaming and crying when he confronted Faith about that pic of her and Pac...

Y'all be lying, and all 3 of them were raised by single mothers so y'all are idiots.
Breh u look up to an emotional ass nikka
I'm not talking emotion as in a nikka who cry alot
I'm talking bout emotion as in a nikka who can't control his emotions...which is why I said he deals with his emotions like a female
That extreme bipolarness of his shouldn't be celebrated but looked down on by any man that had a proper male figure in their lives

First off big did not diss pac direclty was cause he did not hustle backwards like pac

2nd pac was an attention whore, who lost it once he got raped in jail.

Does not mean he was not a great rapper.

Does not mean jay z would not have killed him back if he came up with wack ass diss like hit em up which only high school kids apprecate

Whoever wants to believe all that dissin' shyt was justified, cool... but just know that out of his own mouth, Pac was goin' at certain nikkas just for being affiliated with or makin' music with Bad Boy. Said it himself. All that Jay-Z shyt, all the Nas shyt, all the Mobb Deep shyt... all because they were affiliated with nikkas he didn't like, namely BIG, Puff, and Dre. Sounds pretty :umad:to me... guarantee you, none of it woulda stuck, and by the time he was off Death Row, he'd have been cool with half the nikkas he was callin' out. It's only because he died that y'all think that shyt was real and legit.
