The last two jobs I have had I applied right on the companies I wanted to work for website. Job before that people was still using paper apps lol.

worked with said friend at a previous job and he got me a interview with my current manager

I applied on my company's website for a different job (that got filled) but the Hiring Mgr called me to see if I was interested in my current job.

Sidenote: in my experience, recruiting agencies do nothing. Your best bet, is to apply either on the company website or network extensively.

Idk I had no luck with indeed ever since I knew about it, might have gotten one job from it, but applied to over 500+.

And I wasn't applying for crazy jobs either, just some regular retail shyt for when I was in between jobs.
