list all the things in your life that fit under those catergories, then tell me what you have

i did this a few months ago, it helps to put your life on paper where it's physical and able to really see what you need and what you don't need
u know what i want to call this some goofy shyt but thats my problem....and im gonna actually do this and give it a fair shot

well wont you look at that? you're already being positive and optimistic. congrats, you got a long way to go but you took the first step. most people don't even get to the grabbing the paper point.

Nothing satisfy me anymore...everything is pointless to me, i can only see flaws

u gotta accept the things you can't change bruh. set some goals and work towards them. i can't stress how beneficial reading is. you seem to be interested in black empowerment and economics - there are plenty of books to choose from on both subjects.

whats your social life like?

I dont have one no more....I just work on building my business everyday....it requires alot of time that I kinda underestimated

Being more positive takes work. But if you fall in love with the process/journey and don't worry about when you'll make it to the destination, you'll be fine.

1) Eating more healthy as in going vegetarian, vegan or only eating meat from a source you very much can trust. Avoid sodas as much as possible (if not outright), avoid too much alcohol and you will begin to feel more energetic. Your thinking will change/become sharper as your diet improves. Besides just physically feeling better and looking better, your thoughts will change too.

2) Live your true life's purpose. If you aren't living authentically, having good money in the bank and a nice car won't silence the rumbling in your soul. You need to use your gifts and find a way to monetize your strengths to not just have your "dream job," but move from doing a "job" to "living a lifestyle." Make authenticity your lifestyle. Don't just think about the realness - live it. Take a risk and walk into the life you deserve.

3) Drop all poison from your life. Overly negative people and a lack of self-confidence (badmouthing yourself both outwardly in a verbal fashion or internally via a mental fashion) has to go. Listen to empowering speeches, read self-help books, listen to inspiring/uplifting music and leave the media behind that screws with your head. If it doesn't serve you and your higher purpose, it must go. Period.

4) Meditate and exercise. Your mind and both should be improved simultaneously to achieve balance. You need to slow down at times and let your mind stop thinking thoughts and just flow. Get to know yourself better. Strengthen your soul. When it comes to your body, stay in good shape and be spry. Don't become slow and weak before it's your time. If you're already in good shape, then get in even better shape. The hard work and discipline will help forge additional character.

im tired of being angry and frustrated....seriously what can I do to stop being so cynical? Im tired of being of being so angry and miserable...Im so competitive that I cant play video games anymore because I hate losing so much i contemplate breaking the controller against the wall....I really do need some mental help...so thats not even an outlet......Ill admit it, the first step is to admit u have a problem...im not crazy or nothing so my issue can be fixed i assume


I need a step by step plan...I just want to find peace... Im not looking for happiness, but just being content

i feel you. most friendships are based on superficial bullshyt /usery anyway, so you're not really missing much. what i will say is if you ever come across an older person (besides ya pops) you can befriend, do so. You can potentially learn a lot from them. try to have fun tho man. you seem on edge a lot but at the same time i understand why. you'll learn to balance it out. i prob come across as serious a lot too, but i do like to laugh and enjoy life.

I work on art, music, clothing designs, write, draw, sometimes paint, and skateboard and listen to music while walking around the 5 boroughs of good old New York.

This is also what I like to do. Make wish lists and to do lists.

From my own personal experience as well as others I know, it takes action to change thoughts and attitudes. Surrounding myself with more positive people and peeping how they live their lives and following suit was a good start for me. It's still a work in progress.
