FOH i LOVE 2nd shift. Got moved to days back during the summer and thought i was gonna die getting up at the ass crack of dawn. I had to be in the bed by 10pm every night and it was a bytch trying to force myself to go to sleep.

Man when i was younger and single, shiiiid... 2nd is the shift for bangin them hoes nikka, cuz only hoes letting a nikka slide thru between 12 -2am on a weeknight, shoot up the club, get back to the crib before the sun rises and rinse and repeat all week long. Friday nights were even better cuz thats when you could get them day shift hoes who had already started drinking looking to let that weekly stress off. :ohlawd: On your "off nights" you can sit up late playing video games, watching tv/movies, hit up the gym, etc...it's also just so quite and peaceful with less ppl running around at night.

nikkas always act like 1st is so great but as long as you know how to manage your time you can do damn near everything 1st shift nikkas can do...hell the only thing i USE to hate was missing good ass games on tv but shyt with this unlimited data plan i can watch it all at work now.

You mentioned cheating?? If a chick wanna cheat on ya she gonna do it no matter what shift you work.

The only realistic reason for choosing 1st shift is spending time with the family...being a good family man to your wife and kids, and i can respect that but that's a different type of social lifestyle. Not for everyone.

my full time is 10-6:30

My part time is 7p-7a (I choose my days)

My contract is 24 hr. (I choose my days)

My favorite is always gonna be 7on7off nights 12hr shift +PTO and built in overtime.

I work in rural hospitals in Louisiana so there's literally little to no traffic coming though.

I work from 1 AM - 1 PM, 4 days a week ( about to be 5 days soon), but make $300-350 a day. fukk having a life lol. I'd rather make money. I'm stacking my paper. If I want p*ssy I just pay for it :yeshrug:I'm making good money so I can afford the cream of the crop p*ssy that I really want now :takedat:Can't really complain about shyt. fukk friends or having a girlfriend, they always come and go. You can't manage people, but you can always manage your money :win:

The real problem is some of you boys ain't making enough money for these night shifts to really be worth your while... When you getting paid well enough, all that other shyt you complaining about don't matter...

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
:what::what::what:

Your entire evening is gone.

Brehs be working doubles and splits talking about stacking bread.

Damn that. Your eating and sleep pattern be all crazy. No going out or shopping. Not seeing family. No time to get yourself groomed professionally. You have a solid one day to do anything and everything. :francis:

Then alot of these gigs hit people with the Saturday and sometimes Sunday work.

Walking around like zombies...

Your girl be out cheating while you're away every single evening. :mjcry:

I had one second shift gig. Made $13.50 an hour plus a .50 shift differential and performance incentives. I quit that shyt.

How ya'll do it?.. :dame:
i work 9-5 4 days a week... i'm on salary for 65k and it's supposed to be 10s but we overlap so i get to leave

i literally have no one else working with me but 1 day of the week... and he's new so i'm pretty much my own boss

i literally bring my ps4 to work and play all night... or watch movies

i show up in pj's some nights... sweats the others

i can set my alarm for 45 mins to wake up and check on shyt... so i can essentially sleep through the night if i wanted to

i get off, in bed by 6 am and a full 8 hours and i'm up by 2... before nikkas even got off their day jobs

and really what the fukk am i going to be doing at 12-5 am on a week night anyway that i'm missing out on?

Its really not hard.

I work from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

I take naps if I need one so I have no problem acclimating to night shift. I dont even need coffee or an energy drink.

I never have to deal with traffic. The crew I work with are all good people. On my days off I can stay up in the morning and go do some errands with no lines. Stores and parks are free of kids and crowds.

The only negative is that I sometimes miss half of a SNF game or a wrestling PPV.

Social life is fine. I still do the things that I would be doing during the day, I just have to make sure I have two hours before my shift to relax.

What helped me was to stop thinking in the traditional "day" and "night" schtick. Time is an illusion. :hula:

God forbid you get terminated and can't afford sex lol. No built up legitimate relationships because you decided to "cheat" at life.

One thing about it, is that at the very least, you'd probably have someone there for a minute if you were to lose your job. Depending on the person.

Me, myself and I
I work 3- 12hr nights shifts a week and I'm doing fine. There are plenty of married and dating people who work the overnight shift. It hasn't stopped me or anyone I know from finding love and getting married, or from having a social life.

I can't wait to move to the day shift, though.
