I've never had a job in my life at 22 almost 23 years old. I struggle with low self confidence all my life I'm afraid to get a job

You have to take the day off or find some way to switch your schedule.
I wouldn't recommend trying to squeeze it in during a lunch break or anything like that.

Call in sick. Take a day off.
It's kinda tough to find something while you working. At a certain point you have to stop giving a f**k about your current job and get reckless with it.

Daam I just started too...smh not sure if my supes will allow this
at my old job my boss let me get an extra hour on my lunch break if i stayed an hour later.....but he was a coo kat tho...everybody ain't like that...
used those 2 hours to do interviews and eventually got the next gig....

Take a 1/2 day. Leave at lunch. Most jobs are cools with that.
nah, just say you have en emergency doctors appointment.
you really gotta stress the EMERGENCY part though.

Ask your supervisor for the time off for the interview? I've never personally had this problem but I know a few people who have & were denied & that honestly can put you in a tough spot...

Do what everyone else does, lie.
I always bring a change of clothes (reg clothes and interview clothes) and say I had car trouble.
If I need to leave work, I say I have a dentist appointment.
