If your mega church has a kitchen, get it certified to be a commercial kitchen. Lots of ex cons to want to get their lives straight work in kitchens (and construction).
When you turn into a commercial kitchen, That's a hop, skip, and a jump into becoming a ghost kitchen.
When you have ghost kitchen status, you can build the business on Uber eats and all of the other food delivery apps. Will that lead to in person pop ups? Food truck? Brick and mortar?
I don't know. But community organizations with real estate can better use that real estate to build community businesses.
Some cats be too far gone mentally, but a lot wise up when they get out of their late teens and early 20s.
Given the constraints of capitalism and racism and individuals that hold themselves back - there's still some good work to be done.
