See I never knew that. I’m not saying it should be a time limit in the black churches. I was just wondering how they out like clockwork every week.
How do White People get out of church every week at the same time?

It's just very ritualistic and planned out especially Catholic church. Hyms are the same songs for sometimes centuries old, kneel at the same time, say the same things together, etc. the organization isn't planning, it's ritual.
Black (baptist, AME, etc) church's were built on the ritual being the get together itself, and the time for that is less important than the emotion/feeling/worship around it. I damn near missed a Superbowl once because of the opening of a new church sanctuary and service. But, I stream the same church to this day and I tune in at exactly 8am PST because regardless of everything else, pastor starts the sermon then (ministry of music honestly does little for me).
But, not saying it's right, fair, or modern, but in black churches, it's a testament to your faith:

I was told this aswell in a Pentecostal church. The pastor probably noticing the disgruntled congregation said this is a positive attribute to be part of a church that doesnt follow strict time restrictions because they allow people to worship freely. As a kid, it made alot of sense but I also thought this some bullshyt. Why I gotta worship and pray for hours because someone acting the fool in the infront. The unspoken rule was that the rest of the congregation was expected to stay and give support but it became clear to me that they would deliberately invite these long sessions for just that.

Yea I know about the verse in the book of Jeremiah. I’m saying do white people know they are pagan? I also know about the origins of Easter and every other holiday for that matter. I’m just saying do white people know it’s pagan? A lot of black people in the churches don’t.

If you know the origins of those holidays then you should've already known they are.
And no they don't know because they don't care.
What was considered a "ritual" back then is now done for "tradition".

No you missing what I’m saying. I said I didnt know in the white churches they have structured rituals.i honestly didnt know because i never been to a white church. That’s why I made this thread to begin just to ask how are yall out at the same time like clockwork every Sunday.
Speaking of which i know Constantine changed the day of worship and I know its Sun worship. I know you say it’s tradition now. So basically you answered the question the white church similar to some black churches unknowingly dealing in pagan customs?

I've only been to a white church once.
And yes, both black and white churches participate in pagan rituals and don't know it.

I’m sure that we not the only people that know a lot of this stuff is pagan. So why do you think the Israelites that preach in the street is met with great resistance?
