I wonder why he would take that job.
Fox News and MSNBC have an obvious agenda...and if you dont get in line, youre out.
So why would he sign up for that?

If there was a legit platform for black conservatives I think it could gain some traction.
I dont know many successful black folks that dont have some sort of conservative leanings...
...but they dont feel comfortable talking about the shyt when they are around the general public because of the whole c00n thing, and many black folks only associate conservatives w/ Fox news.

arent you one of these cats that always cry about how schools dont teach kids about anything positive black folks have done in American History?
I see that point made a lot on here...how our history only focuses on slavery, and nothing about the accomplishments of black folks in this country.
His quote actually is about that.

Thats not in question. That hardly means Fox and MSNBC are the "exact same thing", in reference to the quality of their programming and anchors. You can still be partisan and maintain integrity and honesty, and one of the two channels is world famous for showing little interest in that.

msnbc = fox.

even glen beck who is now out of fox news only really posts mostly anti-liberal-pro republican party news. both sides have a wacked out looney audience.

Michael Steele did nothing. He was just a figurehead.

He was almost broke after his failed Senate run in 2006. This gig was just a money-making opportunity for him.

Yeah, because when I think of quality programming and anchors I think of Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, and Chris Matthews. When I think of integrity, I think of news anchors saying they want to defecate in the mouth of a female Republican politician. Or anchors spending thirty minutes mocking the Romney family for adopting a black baby. And when I think of honesty, I definitely think of a news network doctoring audio of a 911 call to mislead the public in one of the most divisive criminal cases in history.
