go to hr immediately then quit and sue
Document everything
But not worth it in the long run to stay
Take heed to all of this. The worst job I've ever had was at a shelter. Had this old cac who was technically above me in his role. He was creepy as hell. Would tell me sexual innuendos, look at my body, had his old cac friend who shared his name come by every day to talk about weird pedophile shyt and secret government shyt. One of them said they call him "big turkey" when he rides in his white van. And he was dead seriousExperienced this early in my career. Was the shortest job stay in my career. What I did:
- to start, have a direct one-on-one with HR present voicing your concerns
- when the fukkery starts, track/ document everything that happens (personally and professionally)
- keep HR present
- while all the fukkery is going on, look for a new job
- when you quit, email HR the "fukkery" letter (Have palpable evidence; no gray areas)

I'm not afraid or ashamed to say this, I shyt myself twice after 2 encounters with him. I feared for my life. If he didn't have power as an old white man with decades at the job and government connections it would've been different. But I was 23 and new. One day for no reason, he told me "you're going to Hell, boy" with one of the most evil smiles I've ever seen
Got out of there with the quickness. Didn't even think about suing or HR or none of that. Now I'm old enough and knowledgeable to know better. Do what these posters are advising you to. Don't stay for too much longer. Document everything. And advocate for yourself. Do not retaliate with violence or insults or none of that. Move smart
