Never had a “bully” at work BUT I HAVE had a HATER, that just so happened to be my supervisor tho.
This is back about 7-8 years ago when I was in my mid 20’s…. I worked for a benefit broker company…and it was literally 90% women that worked there… mostly black and white women and a few Latin chicks sprinkled in. Most of em were good looking too
Anywho, my supervisor was a black dude in his 30’s…. And literally one of the only 2 or 3 black men that worked there. So he was eating up there, tryna feast on all the bytches. And he was SOMEWHAT successful……. UNTIL I SHOWED UP.
He wasn’t an ugly guy, but he was a corny af, try-hard type nikka and also, wasn’t a very good dresser. I on the other hand, was not a corny try hard, I had a very nice dress game, had more charisma than him AND I happened to be in great shape too. Little by little, I started getting chicks numbers up there, started going to lunch with different broads, had broads coming up to my cubicle for random convo even started fukking 3 chicks up there, 2 phat ass black girls and even a Puerto Rican broad who had a whole boyfriend at home.
Dude started taking notice of this and I guess he could feel that he was getting less and less play from the broads since I got there too. So he started doing little things to try and make himself look like my boss, like I was “underneath” him.
For one, he moved my cubicle to a more secluded part of the office away from most of the bytches
…. Then he would randomly start coming up to my cubicle and start micro managing me, grilling me about work and how much progress I had made and he made sure he had an small audience each time. One day I was in the lunch room sitting with the Puerto Rican chick (he wanted this broad BAD)… he probably wasn’t even aware that I was already fukking her, although he definitely had his suspicions as he used to see me with her all the time around the office…. he randomly calls me from across the room and says “ Hey Brian, isn’t your lunch break done already?”

At that point, I HAD IT… this was now a FEW times he tried this fukk shyt with me…. I was beginning to get really pissed…..things looked up for me and about 2 weeks later a job that I had applied for about a month prior, dropped in my lap outta no where, better title and much better pay. I turned in my resignation letter immediately.
After my last day there, I waited about an hour after we got off work and I emailed homeboy and politely asked him to meet up with me so we could run the fade for all the little clown shyt he did while I was there, left my phone number and told him I would meet him wherever and shoot the fair one. Dude never even responded….. bytch ass nikka
