Never been bullied, I’ve been Karen’d at work though.

That shyt felt hopeless because I can’t fukk her up and going back and forth verbally is pointless.

I just did my work and went home. No extra shyt. But that was years ago.

Other than quiet quit, I’m not sure what can be done without messing up the money.

Use passive aggression and gaslight tactics. Also when it's just me and him one on one, I speak with a condescending tone.


And when he inevitably tells your manager, play victim and act like in your eyes everything is cool. Try to get my manager to open up about other employees issues with him and confirm that I'm not the only one with this issue and just another member on his hitlist and ask if there's been any other employees reporting issues about me (there never is, it's always only the one). Have my manager leaving the meeting with the understanding that I get along with everyone and he seems to have a problem with quite a few others.

My lead is Chris, a 51, in shape, bald headed poor man's Conor McGregor. He's a IT guru, been here 12 years, knows everything about the network and infrastructure. I've notice if you're old, frail, small or not very knowledgeable in IT, he will talk to you aggressively and just handle you bad.

We have a new IT guy working with us. Small Indian guy smh. Week 2 and his asks me "Chris (lead) is kind of pushy isn't he?" I respond, " I guess he can me, but not with me." That's when I realized he's kind of a bully to smaller dudes. I didn't know advice to give him to be honest. All the Bullies I've ever encountered in life that tried me, ended in a fight. You just got to beat azz, cause I'm not working on eggshell or being intimidated by anyone. Just beat my azz. . That's a work or church or anywhere. Not even when i was in the military. I was fighting then. But I'm a big dude, tattooed and scarred up

Easy -- if he's married or has a gf, catch him slipping with a female or arrange for him to get caught up, and then have proof. If you really wanna fukk his shyt up, expose him to his spouse/significant other/his boss and watch the fireworks

I’ve NEVER been bullied at work. Most white people at the jobs i’ve worked have been on that “passive aggressive” wave where they’d rather make little snide remarks under their breaths than attempt to be outright intimidating and I had to check a few (maybe only 3) of them in the past for it but a lot of times they’re cowards.

facts, my old boss yelled at me for something my dumbass supervisor lied about. Simply quit the next morning lol
